Here at Ideal Home improvements we understand that our customers may have questions which they may want to ask us in regards to their installation, or before they aree to have an installation carried out by us. We have tried our best to answer as many concerns as possible. Q Will I be provided with a written quote for my installation?

A Yes. All installations will be provided with a written quote showing details of your installation requirements and prices, inclusive of VAT.

Q: If I agree to have work carried out by Ideal Home Improvements and sign a contract will I be able to cancel?

A With all installations the home owner will legally have 7 working days in order to cancel any work being carried out and no money will be lost as a result.

Q: Do I have to be at home while the work is being carried out?

A: With all outside work such as Fascia, Soffit, Guttering and Flat roof installations as long as there is good access around the outside of your property there is no requirement for you to be at home during the installation. However with installations of windows and doors someone will need to be at home in order to allow us access to the inside of your property for fitting purposes.

Q: I am a lady living on my own, can I request to have a female sales representative come to see me?

A: Yes. We are extremly understanding and realise some home improvement sales men have got a bad name especially when it comes to dealing with women and the elderly. If you are a homeowner or a worried relative please feel free to let us know of your concern and we will see know trouble in arrangeing for our friendly female sales lady to meet with the homeowner.

Q: Do I have to pay any money up front?

A: In the majority of private home owner installations know deposit is required.

Q: What happens if during an installation my property gets damaged?

A: We are fully insured holding full public liability insurance covering any accidental damage.

Q: Are the installers that will work on my property experienced?

A: Each installation will have at least one fully qualified and experienced installer who may be accompanied by a trainy who will be supervised at all times.
